Aces
For optical components, medical parts, jewelry or other
applications that need exceptional clarity and surface finish, 3D-CAM's ACES technology is
the perfect solution.
Using the crystal transparency of highly refined SL 7520 resin, 3D-CAM can
prototype lenses and other complex models with a startling degree of accuracy.
Where visual appeal and ultra high dimensional resolution are critical, ACES
is the perfect technology.

Solid Weave
When speed, precision, and economy count,
WEAVE is the perfect stereolithography method.
Faster than ACES and Quick Cast (and using fewer SLA hours), SOLID WEAVE is
3D-CAM's most cost effective way for building strong, high quality precision parts but
less costly than the ACES process.
For the precision of stereolithography on a real budget, WEAVE is the wave of
the future.

Quick Cast
As the name implies, Quick Cast
stereolithography means that metal parts can be made with almost no waiting for expensive
tooling.
With only 3 to 5 day turnaround time, Quick Cast replaces traditional wax patterns with
stronger, more durable ones.
Directly from your CAD files, Quick Cast creates quasi-hollow parts from
specially formulated resin.
When the liquid resin is drained from the part's interior, a honeycomb
configuration is left. The open hatch interior of a Quick Cast part is covered by a thin
skin which prevents the ceramic slurry from penetrating the core.
Then during the burnout phase, the smooth outer casing collapses without
damaging the shell during the investment casting.
With Quick Cast, expensive tooling for wax patterns is totally eliminated, so
making even complex metal parts is faster and more accurate than ever before.

this is text meant just to take up lots of space at the bottom of the page, so that if
there is only a table or something in the content part of this page, the content still
takes up the majority of the screen. if there is not any text here, then sometimes there
will be just a table here, and the left navigation bar to the left will be kinda wide...
