CNC Tooling

At 3D-CAM, we have two CNC (Computerized Numerically Controlled) machining centers that utilize ProE/ProMold software. These multiple-tool mills can be used to machine both plastic and metal prototypes as well as aluminum or steel molds for plastic injection-molded parts. The total turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks.

We also have 2 sinker electric discharge machines (EDMs) that employs a high voltage electric scalpel for creating small, difficult shapes in metal tools. this is text meant just to take up lots of space at the bottom of the page, so that if there is only a table or something in the content part of this page, the content still takes up the majority of the screen. if there is not any text here, then sometimes there will be just a table here, and the left navigation bar to the left will be kinda wide...
